The garage build has been progressing rapidly. Following the laying of the foundation, the structure has been placed and secured. As seen in the photographs, this 20-foot x 20-foot garage features all new lumber crossbeams, walls and roofing. The walls are bolted directly into the concrete foundation to prevent any kind of movement or shifting.

Following the completion of the outer structure, the roof tiling will be nailed on. This is an important milestone for the build because once the garage is water tight, any construction internally will no longer be in danger of water damage or exposure to the elements. After that, the final steps of the garage construction become far simpler.
